We all know what they do and all the challenges that they face.

They are so embedded into the community of Harlow and West Essex. They are always in our hearts.

We went up to Hastingwood Road to speak to Chief Executive,, Sarah Thompson about what it is like to lead a Hospice like St Clare and the day to day, week to week and year to year challenges.
