Phoenix Rovers 2 v 4 Northbrooks FC

NORTHBROOKS FC produced a fantastic performance to win the Harlow and District Football League Invitational Cup.

Goals by Mo Hassan, Ussri Mahdi and two by Aziz Mohammed ensured the silverware went back to Northbrooks.

This is Northbrooks FC first season back.

The match was played at Woodson Park, Ware.

Player-manager Fethi Ahmed told YH: “I am very proud of my players. They played very well and we feel fully deserved the win.

“We would also like to say thank you to Phoenix Rovers and the Harlow League.”

YH will be popping down to training to see the team and how they are progressing.
