A NEWHALL resident has been charged with drink driving as well as a public order offence.
Joseph Milburn, aged 49, of Barnfield Way, Newhall, Harlow has been charged with the following.
On January 10th, 2025 on the A12, you did drive a BMW vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in your blood namely 130 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood exceeded the prescribed limit.
On January 10th, 2025 at Colchester used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress thereby.
No indication of plea at this stage.
