A MATCHING Tye woman is set to stand trial over an alleged breach of a community protection notice.
Debra Cole, aged 53, of Homefields, Church Lane, Matching Tye had been charged with the following.

Between October 1st, 2024 and November 20th, 2024 at Matching Tye, being an individual to whom a community protection notice had been issued, failed to comply with the notice in that you permitted offensive or noxious fumes or odours to escape from your premises or in the vicinity of Homefields, Church Lane, Matching Tye, Harlow, such as to cause, or be likely to have caused nuisance or annoyance to others in the vicinity of your premises.
Contrary to section 48(1), (2)(a) and 52 of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.
A trial date of October 16th, 2025 at Chelmsford magistrates court has been set.
