What is the Kumon method?

At the heart of our method is the desire to develop children who can think for themselves and that have developed independent study skills that will equip them throughout their life. Using carefully tailored worksheets, students are guided to discover their own capabilities, the skills to self-learn and therefore develop a solid learning foundation.

Individualised instruction

Students start at a comfortable level, allowing them to build confidence, concentration, and pace before progressing on to higher level work. Our Instructors encourage them to reason their answer and offer careful guidance to develop each child’s ability to self-learn. They’ll carefully observe each student throughout, adjusting their level of study based on their individual ability and fluency.
