Harlow man pleads guilty to breaching sexual harm prevention order

A HARLOW man has pleaded guilty to breaching a Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO).

Stephen Broad, aged 30, of Stile Croft, Harlow pled guilty at Chelmsford magistrates court to the following.

Between May 14th and 19th, 2025, in Harlow, without reasonable excuse, did something, namely, deleted WhatsApp messages from your device, which you were prohibited from doing by a sexual harm prevention order made under section 103A of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 by Chelmsford Crown Court on 18th September 2024.

Broad is scheduled to next appear in court on July 21st, 2025.

I hope he doesn’t have access to young children and that his neighbors and family are aware!
