A MAN has appeared in court charged with a serious assault.

Bradley Whitnall, aged 40, of Church Lane, Harlow has been charged with the following.

On or in 21 Jun 2025 at Harlow, unlawfully and maliciously caused grievous bodily harm to another with intent to do him grievous bodily harm.

Section 18 – grievous bodily harm with intent, Contrary to section 18 of the Offences Against the Person Act 1861.

Whitnall’s next scheduled appearance is on July 21st, 2025 at Chelmsford Crown Court.

He remains in custody.
