THE Tilly’s 10 tournament raised over £3,000 for charity.

The weather wasn’t great but the organisers aren’t the type of people to let a drop of rain spoil their plans.

A spokesperson said: “We would like to take a moment to thank everyone who came out to support us yesterday at our third Tilly’s 10 Tournament & Family Fun Day.

“A huge thank you to all the volunteers who helped make the day possible, our vendors and stall holders, live entertainers, mascots, rugby team, and the companies who generously donated some fantastic raffle prizes.

“We’d also like to thank everyone who braved the weather to attend and those who supported us by sharing our social media posts.

“We truly couldn’t have done it without each and every one of you.

“Together, we have raised an incredible amount of money: £2,987.00

“Thank you all for your continued support and for helping us make another Tilly’s 10 event such a wonderful success.”
