A HARLOW woman has been fined following an assault.
Katie Morgan, aged 40, of John Dowdall Close, Harlow had her case heard at Chelmsford magistrates court.
On December 5th, 2023 at Harlow assaulted a woman by beating her.
Morgan was fined.
John Dowdall Close is the new development of COUNCIL HOUSES opposite William Martin School. This is the THIRD separate incidence of criminality that I've seen reported involving the tenants of this small development. of 16 homes. What class of people are we building homes for?
Charles Booth in his 'Inquiry into Life and Labour in London' annotated them on his map as "Lowest class. Vicious, semi-criminal". This category, depicted in black on the maps, signified a segment of society deemed to be living in extreme poverty and exhibiting what were considered at the time to be criminal or immoral behaviors. -- History repeats itself.
Why does this government are more for criminals and the lazy?
What can I say, it’s Bush Fair - enough said!
Lacey - it is a pity the Council does not properly vet the some of the people it houses. Why should decent people have to live amongst the dross? You would think that a new development such as this, people would be only too grateful to have a brand new house and not make trouble for other people living there! Sadly, it happens all over the country.
