A PLANNING bid to convert a property in the Harlow Town market square into a ten-bedroomed house of multiple occupation has been submitted to Harlow Council.
The property in question is No 1 The Rows.

The application called for the use of the second floor of the restaurant as a 10-bedroom HMO and a night club.
The applicant is The Painted Lady Group Limited.
It appears no decision has been made yet.
For further details, go to Harlow Council’s planning page and search for HW/FUL/25/00249
The resturant that is clearly a front for something. They liquidate it every other year and just rename it.
how could it be a HMO and a nightclub on the same floor ?
NCA and tax man should be looking at that place.
Behind the scenes there are already several bedrooms and kitchen on the upper level. I've seen it first hand as part of the original refurbishment.
Dodgy as anything this set up is. Seems to be closed and changing hands as much as it's open. Another front for money laundering.? The finances need to be investigated
Another dumping ground for people outside of Harlow we can't support! GREAT... This town is too over populated with not enough infrastructure to support it's current population problem. Start housing people else where instead of dumping them in Harlow.
