IN August, a new bin collection service will start. This service will enable you to recycle more. As part of this new service, you will be provided with some additional bins, some of your existing bins will change use and we will also be introducing a weekly food waste collection.

Oxymoron, Making a household recycle and protecting the environment, by forcing them to have five fully plastic bins per household. Comedy, Making houses have 5 seperate bins whilst knowing every appartment block will have a large metal bin where everything is just thrown in together. Double standards, asking the residents of East Herts to recycle more whilst the council approves a Stansted Airport increase in passenger numbers from 29 million to 51 million and with all the refuse that entails. Humility, Council officials saying they are doing this all for you.
