JUST before Harlow Council sent out a press release regarding their plans (and time line) to regenerate Market Square in the town centre, community stalwart Mandy Jacobs sent a picture of overflowing rubbish at the back of Adams House.

Mandy has form: Last year, she sent a lot of photos of the Strawberry Star area (Little Walk) awash with rubbish and litter.

So it was good to see this morning that the shop owners had made sure the area was much much tidier.

We spoke to Harlow Council who confirmed this.
