HARLOW Council is making the biggest investment in council housing in its history – £2.5 million every single week – transforming homes, speeding up repairs, and building a better future for thousands of residents claims Harlow Council.

This record £130 million investment for 2025–26 is more than double what was spent just five years ago and is a key part of the council’s Building Harlow’s Future plan, delivering on its mission to ‘invest in our housing’.
