Stand Together: Session for Hate Crime Awareness Week

FROM Integration Support: This National Hate Crime Awareness Week (October 11–18, 2025), we’re joining the call to promote safety, inclusion, and challenge discrimination in our community.
As your local Hate Crime Report Centre, we want to ensure everyone feels supported. This Friday, October 17th, we will be hosting a dedicated Hate Crime Report Session at Harlow Food Bank from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
Our trained Hate Crime Ambassador will be there to:
- Answer any questions you have about hate crime.
- Offer support.
- Take reports on behalf of victims.
No one should have to face discrimination or hatred alone. Come and speak with us in a safe and confidential environment.
We encourage everyone to take the Hate Crime Pledge and stand in solidarity with vulnerable individuals.
Let’s show that our community is united.

As a Jewish women born and bred in Harlow I can no longer visit the town centre alone or with my two young daughters. I’ve just seen the news and an Israeli football team are not allowed to visit Aston Villa for a football match because it’s not safe. There was a petition set up by a Muslim MP to stop this. It’s disgusting us British are Jews are not safe in our own country.

A hate crime pledge will be a virtue signallers fun fest. Does that mean no more posters using terms like nazi's, fascists, flag huggers etc ?
