A NEW 10k road race is set to come to Matching Green next year.

This will be a charity event raising money for Matching Green primary school and Matching Church.

​The route takes runners through the beautiful rural landscapes of west Essex and East Hertfordshire communities.

It will be a truly unique experience, as this route can only be accessed on this one day. Part of the run is on private land that will be opened exclusively for this race event!​

With 500 participants on the day, and expected additional spectator numbers in the region of 1,500, the run co-incides with the annual Matching Green May Day event on Matching Green.
