Harlow man pleads guilty to breaching sexual harm order by having “unsupervised contact with child”

A HARLOW man has pleaded guilty to breaching a a number of requirements in relation to the sex offenders register including having unsupervised contact with a child.
Adam Cywiński, aged 38, of The Hides, Harlow pleaded guilty to the following at Chelmsford magistrates court.

Between August 3rd and August 12th 2025, at Harlow, being a relevant offender within the terms of section 80 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the notification requirements as provided by Part 2 of that Act in that you failed to register a new bank card within three days at a police station.
On November 4th, 2025, without reasonable excuse, did something, namely, had unsupervised contact with a female child under the age of 18, which you were prohibited from doing by a sexual harm prevention order made under section 103A of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 by Chelmsford Crown Court on 14th of June 2022.
Cywinski has been remanded on unconditional bail. The next hearing at Chelmsford magistrates court is scheduled for January 5th, 2026.
