Matching Tye woman made subject to a restraining order after pleading guilty at court

A MATCHING woman has pleaded guilty to an offence against the communications act.

Deborah Cole, aged 53, of Matching Tye, pled guilty to the following at Chelmsford magistrates court.

On March 30th, 2025 sent by means of a public electronic communications network matter, namely, a phone call that was grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character.

Contrary to section 127(1)(a) and (3) of the Communications Act 2003.

Cole was made subject to a restraining order and a community order.

An offensive phone call. Wow

Don't judge Mike. Just because the offensive phone call is what she has pleaded guilty to, it doesn't mean that's the only offense she has committed. The fact that she has a restraining order indicates a possible history of issues and offenses that we may not be privvy to.....
