Harlow woman pleads guilty to drug driving in Church Langley

A HARLOW woman has pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of drugs as well as driving whilst disqualified.
Lauren Aldred, aged 39, of Locke Close, Harlow pled to the following at Chelmsford magistrates court.

On June 10th 2025 on Church Langley Way, you did drive an Audi A3, when the proportion of a controlled drug, Benzoylecgonine , in your blood, exceeded the specified limit.
On June 10th 2025 on Church Langley Way, you did drive an Audi A3, while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence.
Aldred has been issued with an interim disqualification. She has been remanded on unconditional bail.
The next hearing in magistrates’ court is January 5th, 2026.
