A HARLOW man has been disqualified from driving after being found three times over the drink driving limit.
Carl Raymond, aged 34, of Fir Park Harlow pled guilty to the following at Chelmsford magistrates court.

On November 25th, 2025, you were in charge of a Vauxhall Corsa motor vehicle, on Ongar Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in your breath, 131 micro grammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath exceeded the prescribed limit.
On November 25th, 2025, at Chelmsford, had in your possession a quantity of cannabis, a controlled drug of class B in contravention of section 5(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.
Raymond was disqualified for twelve months and ordered to undertake 100 hours of unpaid work.
Drink drivers should not be given their license back! its a privilege and if you chose to abuse it and put peoples lives at risk you don't deserve it anyway.
Paltry sentence. Get them off the road for good.
