Haydens Road in town centre closed after man found injured

A MAJOR road in the town centre has been closed due to an incident.

Haydens Road, which runs from Third Avenue to Fourth Avenue has been closed since after 8am.

Police and ambulance services are in attendance.

An Essex Police spokesperson said: “We were called to concerns for the welfare of a man in Haydens Road, Harlow, shortly after 7.30am this morning Wednesday 14 January.

Emergency services arrived and found the man had been injured.

He was taken to hospital for treatment and remains there.

A road closure remains in place whilst the incident is fully dealt with.

At this stage, this is not being treated as a criminal incident”.

Traffic is able to get out of the Harvey Centre car park but not gain access at this time.

Not the first time somebody has been found at the bottom of that car park, hope he gets the help he needs and makes some kind of recovery, so sad.
