Councillor James Griggs said: “Harlow Labour are ready and excited to present their positive manifesto to the residents on May 7th.

A programme of hope, but little iin the way of ideas or competence.

Wouldn't some policies be better than hope? Thankfully we all remember the farce of the previous Labour run Council.

Harlow Labour is exceptionally incompetent even by the abysmal standards of the National Party. They have contributed nothing to the progress made by Dan Swords administration. Not to be touched with a barge pole.

A labour lead Harlow will take us back to the doom and gloom of yester year ! With Dan Swords and the Tory council - we have ‘hope’ and actual plans for a future (visible with everything that’s happening!) I think a Harlow Labour Led council is a thing of the past ! Well … let’s hope and dream !

Labours "programme of hope" is little more than a door on a cliffs edge and Labour telling you Utopia can only be provided by them as long as you walk through that door. What Labour has shown us over the last 19 months of their governance is that we cannot afford to have them in anyway shape or form, in charge of even the tuck money, let alone the country.

A couple of years back there was much dismay that labour had not presented an alternative budget. Now that the elections are imminent will they be doing so this year. Or just tell us that Harlow council tax will go 4.99%

Next councillor Griggs will be mentioning the "toolmaker" and "government of service" quotes. We have seen what the current Labour establishment offers and it offers very little other than a downward spiral. Nothing I've seen from Harlows Labour councillors suggest they offer anything different. Time for you councillor Griggs and your fellow Labour councillors to get on your electric scooters and move along.

Griggs and co are a total embarrassment. How can anybody with an IQ greater than a grilled shrimp even consider voting for this Labour shower: useless in Westminster and useless in Harlow.

Grilled Shrimp, that's a good one.

According to Griggs "“Harlow Labour are ready and excited to present their positive manifesto to the residents on May 7th." Who do you think you are kidding? Everyone knows Harlow Labour were totally in favour of cancelling the elections as Labour were in most of the districts that sought cancellation because they knew they were heading for a wipe out. Let's hope they are electorally annihilated in Harlow. They are a joke.
