Plans for more parking spaces in Long Ley approved

PLANNING approval for a number of parking spaces in the Long Ley area of Harlow have been approved.
The proposal sought permission for the provision of ten demarcated parking spaces, one of
which would be allocated as a disabled bay.



The application site relates to land north of No.224 Long Ley, which comprises of an open,
grassed area of land within a residential area. It is not located within a conservation area, nor
within the setting of listed buildings.
The application seeks planning permission for the provision of ten demarcated car parking
spaces, one of which would be allocated as a disabled parking bay. The grassed surface
would be paved with suitable permeable material.
