SAWBRIDGEWORTH Bowling Club claimed victory in the recent bowls gala held at Tye Green Indoor Bowls Centre in Harlow. Teams from across Hertfordshire and Essex competed in this annual event and Sawbridgeworth remained unbeaten on the day.

The event was sponsored by Daniel Robinson & Sons, Independent Family Funeral Directors, and Manager Derek Oakley said “It’s so lovely to see good competitive sport played in such a fun and friendly atmosphere, and the ladies raised £1000 for the amazing services that St Clare Hospice provide”.
