A HARLOW woman is set to take on the London Marathon for the second year in a row.

Last year, Natasha Cohen raised thousands for Haven House. She completed the course (on a very warm day) in 4hrs and 30 mins.

This time, Natasha is running for Norwood.

Natasha said: “I’m running this 26.2 miles to make a difference to the many neurodivergent children, their families and the people with learning disabilities that Norwood supports.

“Whether it’s through residential care, supported living accommodation or through the countless schemes that Norwood offers to support some of the most vulnerable in our community.

“I’m doing it to give those people a better chance at life, to live a life of their dreams, to be the best they can”.

Founded in 1795, Norwood is the oldest Jewish charity in the UK, and has been privileged to receive Royal Patronage since 1815. We support and empower neurodiverse children and their families and people with neurodevelopmental disabilities to live their best lives.

Norwood works with local authorities, to deliver wide-ranging services including residential and supported living accommodation and short-breaks facilities, as well as a range of support groups aimed at the whole family, not just the individual.
