NOTICE of a casual vacancy for a parish councillor for the North Weald Village Ward on North Weald Bassett Parish Council.

Notice is hereby given that vacancy has occurred in the office of Parish Councillor.

An election to fill the vacancy will be held if notice in writing of a request for such an election is made by 10 local government electors from the North Weald Village Ward of the North Weald Bassett Parish Council area and received by the Returning Officer of Epping Forest District Council at the Civic Offices, High Street, Epping, CM16 4BZ by not later than 23 April 2026.

If an election is not requested by 10 local government electors as detailed above, the vacancy will be filled by the parish council as soon as practicable after the expiry of the date given above.
