A HARLOW man has pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of drugs.

Christopher Speed, aged 45, of Potters Field, Harlow pled guilty to the following at Chelmsford magistrates court.

On September 17th, 2025, on Southern Way, Harlow, drove a Ford Focus, when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) , in your blood, not less than 4.9 micrograms of drug per litre of blood exceeded the specified limit.

Speed received a three year ban and was fined £200.00
