ONE of the great pleasures in Harlow life is sitting in Sevine’s Brasserie in The Water Gardens watching life go by.

It is Your Harlow’s place of choice when we have meetings with colleagues and visiting journalists.

It was no surprise that they won the prestigious Muddy Stiletto award last year and again that they have been nominated.

They are once again up against some top quality places across Essex.
