Update: Further appeal as teenage boy dies following fatal collision in Leaden Roding

POLICE are appealing for any witnesses or dashcam footage that will assist our enquiries following a fatal collision in Leaden Roading.

Two pedestrians, a 16-year-old boy and a 23-year-old man, were involved in a collision with a van in Stortford Road at 6pm on Tuesday 28 April.

Both were taken to hospital and sadly, despite the best efforts of medical staff, the 16-year-old boy died on Thursday 30 April.

The driver of the van stopped at the scene. No arrests have been made and our investigation is ongoing.

We want to hear from anyone with dashcam footage or who saw anything in the area at the time of the collision. Please get in touch quoting incident 1015 of Tuesday 28 April.
