THE EMERGENCY services are present on Momples Road as a man appears to be on a rooftop of a house.

YH understands that he has been there since after 8am.

He appears to be on a two floored property in Ladyshot near to the cycle track at the Purple Emperor end.

As you can see from our film there are a number of people at the top of a fire service ladder speaking to the individual.

A wide area of Momples Road and Ladyshot is sealed off.

Ambulance crews and fire crews are on standby.

An Essex Police spokesperson said: “We’re on the scene of an ongoing incident in Ladyshot, Harlow.

“Officers are engaging with a man who at this stage is not willing to safely come down from a building.

“This work is ongoing and our priority is the safety of all those present at the scene.

“We would ask that all emergency services are given the space to work through this ongoing challenging incident”.

That's not a nice thing to say John Walters that is absolutely threatening behaviour and it is not that other man's fault he could be stuck on that roof we never know until it is updated, please think before you speak.

Ben Murphy is a prolific burglar and career criminal. He has spent more time inside than he has out. Before people start on about having sympathy for him, you should realise that he would rob your elderly grandparents while your typing out ‘poor man’
