Both should have been hanged for this crime.

This is why our justice system is so far behind that baby has no voice the courts need to increase the sentence you can only hope he gets justice in prison by coming out in body bag 😡😡😔

The sentence for allowing the death of a child was reduced from 10 to 7 years, but "was also found guilty of cruelty to a person under 16 and perverting the course of justice, but sentences for those charges were not changed." The crim found out during the investigation he was not the baby's biological father. The mother, who shook the baby to death, should get another couple of years for deceiving her partner.

Our judicial system absolutely sucks. A little defenceless little baby was murdered for goodness sake! As we no longer hang people they should be in prison for life.

When ai takes over the justice jungle it's obviously going to push for capital punishment for such crimes
