Man pleads guilty to stalking and harassment in Harlow

A MAN has pleaded guilty to stalking and harassment in Harlow.
Danny Mapp aged 35, of No Fixed Abode, appeared at Chelmsford magistrates court in relation to the following.

Between April 13th, 2026 and May 2nd, 2026 at Harlow pursued a course of conduct, namely attended her home address and contacted her via phone calls/messages, which amounted to stalking causing a woman serious alarm or distress, which had a substantial adverse effect on her usual day-to-day activities when you knew or ought to have known that your course of conduct would cause alarm or distress.
Mapp has been remanded on conditional bail. Condtions include wearing and tag and not entering Harlow.
His next hearing is on June 22nd, 2026 at Chelmsford magistrates court.
