A HARLOW man has been charged with sexual assault.

Barry Free, aged 45 ,of Great Brays, Harlow, appeared at Chelmsford magistrates court in relation to the following.

On October 30th 2022 at Harlow sexually assaulted a female, when she did not consent and you did not reasonably believe that she was consenting.

This has been sent to Crown Court for trial on unconditional bail. Next hearing in Crown Court is set for June 12th, 2026.
