Did they seriously expect him to turn up at court. Why was he given bail ?
Bail ,ha ha ha what a joke
Can I just clarify because I'm somewhat confused here. Charged with numerous offences, of no fixed abode, lots of antecedents and previous bail offences so gets bailed. Bailed to where? Plus why not tagged either? It's about time Magistrates, Legal Clerks, Defence Solicitors and CPS are held to account. Given he was charged with wasting Police Time i would suggest all these people have now done the same as the Police will have to track someone down who they shouldn't have to. This Country.........
Well at least he should get a longer sentence when he gets to court , no wait, probably a suspended sentence and allowed to walk free!
