Man pleads guilty to three counts of theft of wine from BP Garage in Potter Street

A HARLOW resident has pleaded guilty to a number of thefts from the BP garage on the A414 in Harlow.

Edgars Moratis, aged 40, of Potters Field, Harlow pled to the following at Chelmsford magistrates court.

On January 22nd, 2026, stole wine, to the value of 8.75 belonging to BP M&S, Potter Street, Harlow.

On April 9th, 2026, stole alcohol, to the value of £89.00  belonging to BP, Potter Street, Harlow.

On April 12th, 2026, stole alcohol, to the value of £89.00  belonging to BP, Potter Street, Harlow.

Moratis was made subject to a community order for alcohol treatment.
