Elderly pedestrian who died in Harlow named

ESSEX Police are able to name a pedestrian who sadly died following a collision in Harlow on Tuesday, October 3.
The victim was 82-year-old Dennis Piper from Galleywood. An inquest in to his death will be opened next week.
A 29-year-old man from London was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and was released under investigation.
