Harlow Tories question why council need to spend £60,000 on security for Harlow Playhouse

A SENIOR Harlow Conservative councillor has questioned why the council are set to spend £60,000 on security for the Harlow Playhouse.
Shadow portfolio holder for resources, cllr Russell Perrin asked the question on Thursday night at meeting of the Labour-run Harlow Cabinet.
Acting leader, cllr Emma Toal explained why.

Hardly understood a word from Toal. Does she have a speech impediment or is it a local accent, from somewhere. Should it be sub-titled whenever she utters anything ?
