HARLOW Council’s ruling Labour group has proposed to retain the Cash Office in the Harlow Civic Centre.

The proposal is part of the budget proposal for the next financial year.

Conservative councillor, Clive Souter brought the subject up at a Cabinet meeting on Thursday night (Jan 25th).
