Harlow man pleads not guilty to drug-driving

A HARLOW man has been charged with driving under the influence of drugs.
Leigh Purcell, aged 20, of Fesants Croft, Harlow has been charged with the following.
On 11/10/2018 at Harlow drove a motor vehicle, namely Hyundai Classic on a road, namely Howard Way, when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, in your blood, namely 3.2 micrograms of analyte per litre of blood, exceeded the specified limit
A trial date of August 2nd at Basildon magistrates court has been set.
Purcell has pled not guilty.
