YOU may have passed the building work going on off the A414 between Church Langley and Mark Hall and wondered what is going on and when will it be completed?
YH was invited down by Harlow Council’s portfolio holder for Economic Growth, cllr Tony Durcan as he discussed progress in a walkabout tour with Project Direct, Andrew Bramidge.
