EU flag to be lowered from outside the Harlow Council building

THE European Union flag will be lowered from outside the Harlow Council building after 11pm tonight (Friday).
The leader of Harlow Council, cllr Mark Ingall made the announcement in response to a question at full council from Conservative leader, cllr Andrew Johnson.
The United Kingdom leaves the European Union at 11pm tonight.
