A TEENAGE boy has pleaded guilty to drug dealing and possession of a large knife in Harlow.

The seventeen-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, made the plea to the following at Chelmsford magistrates court.

On 16/12/2019 at Harlow had in your possession a quantity of diamorphine, a controlled drug of class A, with intent to supply it to unknown others.

On 16/12/2019 at Harlow had in your possession a quantity of “crack” cocaine, a controlled drug of class A, with intent to supply it to unknown others.

On 16/12/2019 at Harlow had with you, without good reason or lawful authority, in a public place Canons Brook, Harlow, an article which had a blade or was sharply pointed, namely large knife.

On 16/12/2019 at Harlow without lawful excuse, damaged a fence panel to the value of £40 belonging to another intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged.

The boy was made subject to a youth rehabilitation order as well as an electronic monitoring and a three-months curfew relating to a new address outside Essex.

Carry out unpaid work for 80 hours within the next twelve months. This will be supervised by the Responsible Officer.

He was fined £160.00

He committed all offences whilst subject to a supervision order for committing the offence of actual bodily harm in November.
