A MAN has been charged as part of an investigation into the theft of eight bicycles in Harlow.

The thefts are believed to have taken place between December last year and the beginning of this month.

Salami Usman, 44, of Elizabeth Way, Harlow was arrested on Wednesday by officers from our Town Centre Team.

He has now been charged with eight counts of theft of a pedal cycle and is due to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court today (Thursday 16 April).
