Harlow Council have told us the fly tip will be removed today.

A DISGUSTING fly-tip has been dumped in a beauty spot near Harlow Town Park.

The location is on the cycle track just after the Howard Way underpass.

It appears that the offenders may have broken through a secured gate and driven down onto the cycle track.

Walkers, runners and cyclists looked on with visible disgust at this scar in the middle fo a much over beauty spot.

Harlow Council has been contacted.
