A Level Results scandal: “The students of Harlow have been punished for being from Harlow”

A TEACHER from Harlow and local councillor has described the chaos surrounding A Level results as a “scandal” for Harlow students.
Chris Vince is a mathematician and has been involved in exam analysis for many years.
YH spoke to him to explain why there is a case for saying that the students of Harlow have been punished for being from Harlow.
