A MAN is due to appear in court following reports that two door staff workers and a customer were assaulted outside a pub in Harlow.

Michael Hughes, 30, of The Hides, Harlow, is due at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday 11 November to answer two counts of assault by beating and one count of assault causing actual bodily harm.

It follows report two members of staff were pushed outside The Willow Beauty pub in Hodings Road at around 8.40pm on Saturday 25 January.

They also received information that another man suffered a head injury after falling to the floor.
