Potholes: Harlow resident pleads for action on worst street in the town

A HARLOW resident has urged Essex County Council to take action over the condition of a road that many drivers call impassable due to the number of potholes.
Harefield resident, Terry Kirkby met us out on Minchin Road, which runs from Momples Road (Pennymead Tower) to The Stow.
As you may see from our interview with Terry, it is not only about potholes but also a number of other issues (including health implications) that can be associated with the dreadful states of the road.
Mr Kirby was also keen to point out that “patching up will not do”.
