Six-year-old hero Harry raises over a thousand pounds in marathon charity cycle

Charity / Mon 29th Mar 2021 at 08:31am

IN FEBRUARY, a six-year-old boy from Harlow set himself a challenge. Harry wanted to cycle one hundred miles in order to raise much needed funds for Paradise Wildlife Park.

This was a long way but day by day and mile by mile, young Harry kept cycling and cycling and cycling.

His efforts impressed Harlow police officers so much that they offered to give Harry a police escort up the final stretch of his cycle, up the hill as you enter the town park near Howard Way.

By the end of the cycle he had raised over a thousand pounds!

Well done to Harry and well done to his mum Leanne and the whole family.

You can still support his charity efforts through the link below.
