Harlow man set to stand trial over allegation he harassed women and sent nude videos of himself

A HARLOW man is set to stand trial over a number of allegations of harassment.
Gary Byrne, aged 35, of Felmongers, Harlow has been charged with the following.
Between September 6th, 2019 and July 9th, 2020 at Harlow pursued a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of a woman (female A) and which you knew or ought to have known amounted to the harassment of her in that by sending the texts and videos between the dates in question.
Between September 6th, 2019 and July 9th at Harlow sent to a woman an electronic communication, namely nude videos of yourself , which conveyed a message which was indecent or grossly offensive for the purpose of causing distress or anxiety to the recipient or to any other person to whom you intended that it or its contents or nature should be communicated.
Between May 1st, 2019 and November 2nd 2020, at Harlow pursued a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of a woman (female B) and which you knew or ought to have known amounted to the harassment of her in that by sending her the text messages and videos
On November 2nd, 2020 at Harlow sent to a woman, an electronic communication, namely sexual text messages and nude videos , which conveyed a message which was indecent or grossly offensive for the purpose of causing distress or anxiety to the recipient or to any other person to whom you intended that it or its contents or nature should be communicated.
Byrne has been remanded on bail until a trial 0n August 23rd, 2021.
