IT HAS been some journey for the Body Fresh Fitness team based at Latton Park, the home of Harlow Rugby Club.

They opened up in January 2020, which now feels like several years ago.

The next fifteen months, have been, to say the least, challenging.

But the team of Michael Weston and Matt Fowl are made of the right stuff and that’s why their gym and their approach to fitness and nutrition has been so attractive.
