Are perfectly good trees being cut down in Harlow?

HARLOW residents are concerned that Harlow Council are cutting down perfectly good trees.
YH was contacted by both Mark Hall Moor and Fesants Croft residents as they could see tree fellers in operation in a small wood between the two areas.
They feel that the trees are not rotten but look perfectly normal. They were also not aware of any notices regarding tree fellers.
Film of the tree felling is below. A Harlow Council Ranger watched proceedings nearby.
We have contacted Harlow Council but we have yet to receive a reply.
